Package had not arrived after 3 days, contacted them to be told it was arriving 1 day later, clearly states on their website package is free of not delivered in 2 working days.
I had to Inform them of this, was told I'd get my postage refunded, I again had to state the whole order is free according to website, they eventually agreed.

I have been very happy with my purchases over the last few months. Customers service is brilliant and I will be ordering again in the future. A great family company

Purchased the flow stick buy one get one free after having to get maintenance out to clear our bath,sink and toilet suffice to say he didn't do anything but thought i'd give these a go.......OMG!!!!! my partner had a bath that evening after i'd placed two one in sink and the other bath,it was a miracle and i'm not even joking,now i can hear a proper bubble noise so know they're working,thank you will buy more.
